We do not offer:
· Returns
· Exchanges
· Refunds for change of mind
· Refunds for incorrect purchases made by customers
We only provide replacements for products that arrive damaged.
To qualify for a replacement, customers must:
o The damaged product
o Product packaging
o Shipping label
o Sealed package condition before opening
o Entire unboxing process
o Damage visible upon opening
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
If the claim is approved:
· A replacement product will be shipped.
· No additional shipping charges will apply.
For approved damaged-item claims:
· Customers are not required to return the damaged product.
· We reserve the right to request additional evidence before approval.
Replacement requests may be rejected if:
· No unboxing evidence is provided.
· Damage appears caused after delivery.
· The claim is submitted late.
· Product misuse is evident.
· Normal wear and tear is involved.
If a customer orders the wrong item, model, color, or variation and fails to notify us within 2 hours:
· No refund will be issued.
· No replacement will be provided.
· No compensation will be offered.
Orders cancelled within 2 hours are eligible for a refund after deduction of a 15% cancellation fee.
After 2 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.
